Q: Do you charge by the hour?
A: No we don’t. We offer a fixed call out charge which includes labour required on site.
Q: Can we bring our printer to you?
A: To keep our costs as low as possible, we don’t have a workshop where you can bring in your printer. Our engineers are well equipped to deal with all repairs on your premises.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We take most major credit or debit cards however there is a 2.5% charge for credit cards. We also accept cheque’s, online payments and cash.
Q: When do you take payment?
A: Payment is required on our initial visit for non account holders. If parts are required, we would require the balance on completion.
Q: Do you repair inkjet printers?
A: Yes we do, however only the large format printers from brands such as HP (Designjet range) , Canon (imageprograf range) and OCE. We do not repair low cost A4 inkjet printers such as HP Photosmart, Epson Stylus, Kodak and Canon Pixma printers etc.
Q: Do you supply toner cartridges?
